1. Dark Chocolate

2. Baking soda
Apart from using it to your cake, baking soda is also good for brushing your teeth. Mix a half teaspoon of baking soda with half a glass of water, dip the toothbrush in ordinary (post brushing your teeth) and brush your teeth. You can see the result in a month.
3. Strawberry
Strawberry chewing can make teeth shine and more white.
4. Banana peel
Do not throw banana peels because the Peel is rich in minerals such as potassium, magnesium can be absorbed in your teeth.
5. Orange and orange peel
While most citrus fruits help teeth whiter, the presence of D-limonene on orange peel is helpful in removing the stains of the smoke.
6. Basil or Tulsi
Tulsi or Basil has been known as a natural antibiotic that prevents the formation of bacteria and help the teeth more white in the long term.
7. Pineapple
The enzyme bromelain which is present in pineapple can remove stains on teeth. Pineapple is also also helps remove plaque which in turn makes the teeth more healthy and more white.
8. The Apple
Apples, especially the Malic acid has a Green Apple that help teeth whitening.
